WHAT WE OFFER
Three services, shaped around where the executor stands
Whether you are at the beginning of the process, midway through an administration, or need someone to carry the work in full, there is a service suited to your position.
Return to homeOUR APPROACH
How the work is conducted
Each matter begins with a written consultation — a short exchange in which the executor or family describes their situation and the firm confirms which service is appropriate. There is no charge for the initial assessment.
Once an instruction is accepted, the work proceeds in defined stages: document compilation, application preparation or executor briefing, registry or court liaison, and — where applicable — asset-holder correspondence and final distribution. A written progress note is issued at the close of each stage.
Decisions that affect the estate — choices about the timing of a court application, the sequence of asset-holder requests, or the handling of a registry query — are referred to the executor in writing before any step is taken. The firm does not proceed without the executor's knowledge.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every probate application is reviewed internally before submission to check for completeness. This review reduces the frequency of registry queries — a common source of delay in otherwise uncomplicated matters.
TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS
A written estimate of the likely timeline is provided at the start of each instruction. Where court schedules affect the pace of the work, the executor is informed promptly and the estimate is updated accordingly.
LANGUAGE
Court submissions are in Thai as required; all client-facing documents, progress reports, and correspondence summaries are prepared in English as standard.
SERVICE ONE
Probate application preparation
4,400 THB
A patient service for executors and family members preparing to apply for formal recognition of a will — or, where there is no will, for letters of administration. The work covers compilation of the relevant family and asset documents, drafting of the application papers, coordination with the court registry through the early stages of the process, and a short written summary of what to expect next.
- Family and estate document compilation
- Application papers drafted and reviewed
- Registry coordination through the early stages
- Written summary of what to expect next
SERVICE TWO
Executor support service
7,500 THB
A focused support service for executors who have been appointed under a will but would like ongoing guidance through the administration. The work covers regular written briefings on what is expected at each stage, drafting of the routine correspondence the executor needs to send, review of responses received, and a written record of decisions taken throughout.
- Stage-by-stage written briefings
- Routine correspondence drafted on executor's behalf
- Incoming responses reviewed and explained
- Written record of decisions taken throughout
SERVICE THREE
Full probate administration
14,600 THB
A comprehensive service in which the firm conducts the complete administration of an estate on behalf of the executor or the family — from the initial probate application through to final distribution of assets and the preparation of a closing account. Every meaningful decision is referred to the executor in advance, and the progress is reported in writing at each stage.
- Full probate application through to distribution
- Coordination with all asset holders
- Written updates to beneficiaries throughout
- Closing account and final report prepared
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SERVICE
Comparing the three services
The right service depends on the executor's situation — how far the administration has progressed, and how much of the day-to-day work the family wishes to carry themselves.
